Redundancy does not mean more sofa time

I am continuing to work with a client who, recovering from a long illness, had lost motivation and focus in her work.   A new routine and structure had to be developed which fitted with her energy levels and preferred ways of working.

Through my 90 day programme she has reconnected with all that she enjoys about work and is highly skilled at. Importantly, she has learned how to be more productive when working so she can really enjoy her leisure time and not have it encroached on by work.

We still work together as she has realised that regular feedback is essential to keeping her focussed and motivated in a highly competitive industry.
