Building rapport with potential clients

We all have communication and behavioural preferences which we are often oblivious to.  There is always the danger of communicating the services we offer in a way which appeals only to people like you.  This can limit your potential customer base!

By using EverythingDiSC® Salesperson profiling, I helped a client understand her sales style preferences.  Through this she recognised that as the service she was offering was so personal and relied on instant feedback, the personality type of her ideal client was important to her.  Rather than work with me on adapting her style to reach other types of clients, my client got really clear on her ideal client, what they were like and how she would reach them.
